Mykal has been working in the industry for nearly 4 decades, first as a performer and now as a celebrated creative, who has been fortunate enough to work alongside some the best in the business. His accumulated wealth of experience and depth and breadth of knowledge, he utilises with a deep sense of gratitude and respect.
In 2022 Mykal was named 'Best Director' at the Off West End Awards, for his production of 'Five Guys Named Moe', performed Upstairs at the Gatehouse, London.
Mykal’s unwavering passion for creativity coupled with his ability to lead a team, manifests results that lead to standing ovations and critical acclaim around the world. Mykal invites others to join his journey and see the love that underpins and shines through his work.

"One of the reasons I love being creative so much is because I get to learn. I love to isolate and immerse myself in the research and development stages of a project. Exploring different theories, cultures, lifestyles and relationships, different places and subjects. I find it all fascinating. Learning what makes things tick...
No matter what the project is, however big or small, I always strive for authenticity! That means digging deep to find a truth and manifesting a clear and cohesive vision, to lead the team on a collaborative, creative journey together, in a safe and nurturing environment."
